SM Farmaceutici srl, is a full service provider to the Pharmaceutical Industries specialized in development, registration and production of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products.
PRODUCTION
Production and control are entirely realized on site starting from the approval of incoming materials, production of WFI, mixing of raw materials, filling, sterilization, cosmetic and particle control, labelling, palletizing and approval of the finished product. The production department is divided into three main lines:
- Line for Sterile Solutions in Bottles
- Line for Sterile Solutions in Bags
Line for Corticosteroid solutions in Bags
DEVELOPMENT
The co-operation with our customer begins in the product formulation phase and continues in the product pre-industrialization and industrialization, including the production of pilote batches, stability studies for registrations, production of batches for clinical trials, ongoing stability and production of commercial batches .
